1. Eligible Refund Scenarios
You may be eligible for a refund in the following cases:
Order Cancelled by the User (More Than 2 Hours Before Service Time): A full refund will be issued with no cancellation charges.
Order Cancelled by the User (Within 2 Hours of Service Time): 80% of the booking amount will be refunded. A 20% cancellation fee is charged.
No Barber Accepted the Order Within 20 Minutes: The system will automatically cancel the order, and no charge will be applied.
Barber Fails to Show Up or is Late by More Than 30 Minutes: If the assigned barber does not arrive within 30 minutes after the scheduled service time and the user chooses to cancel the booking, a full refund will be provided.
Service Not Provided Due to Technical Error: If your booking is affected due to a system issue or failed payment, and no service is rendered, you will receive a full refund.
2. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
The service has already started or is marked as completed.
The user provides incorrect address or is unavailable at the service location.
Attempted misuse of the cancellation system.
3. Refund Processing Time
Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed to the original payment method within 1 day of cancellation confirmation. The actual credit to your bank or wallet may depend on your payment provider.
